About

Company Background

Located in Dumfries and Galloway, Events First Aid and Rescue was founded by Chris Marshall and his wife Linda with our roots originating from a lifelong passion for the outdoors and the diverse activities our clients organise requiring First Aid. We are based in one of the most beautiful rural areas in Scotland and appreciate that festivals and events occurring in the countryside require specialist first aid skills to respond to and manage a whole variety of incidents; from a child with a cut finger at the local town gala, to the extrication of a motor sport enthusiast from a crashed rally car.  Our dedicated team at EFAR Scotland have the specialist skills you require to ensure all your First Aid or Rescue needs are provided.    We pride ourselves in our professional approach, with many of our team of experts being associated with Mountain Rescue, the Fire and Rescue Service and the Health Service.  We’ll tailor our provision precisely to your needs and ensure you have the level of cover appropriate to the risk associated with your event.  Our range of services include the provision of First Aid Posts, 4x4 Rescue Services and a range of Accredited First Aid Training Courses.  We’re also a Motor Sports Association Licensed organisation and able to provide personnel approved to operate Rescue Units and Stage Safety Units. Our fleet of fully equipped 4x4 vehicles ensure we can reach difficult locations, whatever the on-road or off-road conditions, and our Lantra Approved drivers have the necessary driving skills to safely transport a casualty.
